At Cold Stone Creamery

One day my friend Applle was craving for a Cold Stone ice cream and she ask me if we can go and visit one of their branch in Robinsons Galleria and of course I didn't say no to her.
There it is a delicious ice cream. They have lots of flavor to choose from a bit expensive but definitely all taste so good.
Aside from the ice cream I also ask for a cup of water, well good thing the water if free hehehe....

Oreo Pancake

Thinking of what to prepare for breakfast or merienda? You can try this simple recipe of pancake oreo flavor that everybody will like especially the kids.

OREO PANCAKE

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 -8 double-stuffed Oreo cookies, chopped

Directions
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
Pour the milk in another bowl; add the egg, stirring with a fork just to break it up.
Stir in the melted butter; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined (a few lumps are okay).
Gently stir in the cookies; let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
Melt some butter in a frying pan; ladle about 1/4 cup batter, for each pancake, into the pan and cook until bottoms are lightly golden and bubbles form on the surface--2-3 minutes.
Flip pancakes over and brown the other side, about another 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately, dusted with powdered sugar and whipped cream.

DELICIOUS BUKO PIE

One of the best pasalubong from Quezon Province is this delicious pie.
Buko pie is a traditional Filipino baked young-coconut custard pie.
Thanks to my sister and brother in law for the pasalubong.
